Services. RnR Rentals provides Airport Car Pickup, Airport Vehicle Delivery, Corporate Car Rental, SUV Rental, Sedan Rental and related services. Service descriptions on the Site are for general informational purposes; specific scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in writing prior to engagement.
Your Obligations. You agree to be truthful in submissions, secure your access credentials, and use this Site only for lawful purposes.
Use Restrictions. Prohibited activities include unlawful use, disruption of services, unauthorized access, automated scraping, malware transmission, and impersonation.
Intellectual Property. All content on https://carrentalagencyalbuquerque.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of RnR Rentals or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.
Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.
End of Use. RnR Rentals may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
Warranty Disclaimer. RnR Rentals makes no representations or warranties about the Site or its content. Your use of the Site is solely at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, RnR Rentals's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid RnR Rentals in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RnR Rentals from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
Choice of Law. NM law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of NM, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
